Accepted papers
Review decisions are notified on 1 March 2027. The list of accepted papers is published on this page shortly afterwards, once authors have had the chance to confirm their titles and author lists.
Decisions reach corresponding authors by email through EDAS, with the full reviewer reports attached. Do not wait for this page — check EDAS and your inbox, including the folder your institution files automated mail in.

Decisions have been sent. Check EDAS and your email for the reviewer reports.
Review runs from the submission deadline to the notification date.
If your paper is accepted
Four things, in this order.
Miss any of them and the paper does not reach IEEE Xplore, whatever the reviewers thought of it.
-
01
Revise against the reviews
Address the reviewer comments. Accept-with-revision decisions are conditional — the track chair checks the revision before the paper is confirmed.
-
02
Produce a compliant camera-ready PDF
Reformat to the IEEE conference template, strip page numbers, and validate the file through IEEE PDF eXpress. Due 1 April 2027.
-
03
Sign the IEEE electronic copyright form
The eCF is completed through EDAS and must be signed before the camera-ready paper is accepted. A paper without a signed form is not published.
-
04
Register at the full author rate
At least one author of every accepted paper must complete a full author registration by 5 April 2027. One full registration covers one paper.
Presentation is not optional
A paper that is accepted, registered and then not presented at the conference is withdrawn from the proceedings and is not submitted to IEEE Xplore. Remote presentation is available for authors who cannot travel — arrange it with the organisers in advance rather than on the day.
Questions about a decision
Queries about a review outcome go to the Technical Program Chair through the conference address. Include your EDAS paper number.
