5–7 May 2027 · Aqaba

The booklet you will actually carry.

One document with the whole conference in it: every session, every paper, the keynote abstracts, the campus map and the numbers you need if something goes wrong. A PDF you can put on a phone before you fly, and a printed copy in the delegate pack when you arrive.

Download

There is no file to download yet. The booklet cannot be assembled until the accepted papers are known, authors have confirmed how they are presenting and the sessions have been allocated to rooms.

This button is deliberately inert. When the booklet is published it becomes a real download and this note disappears.

Conference booklet (PDF)

Published in the week before the conference, once the session programme is final. Registered delegates are emailed the link on the day it goes up.

Expected: In the days before the conference

Until then, the draft programme is the most complete picture available.

Why so late

Camera-ready papers are due on 1 April 2027 and author registrations close on 5 April. A booklet built before those dates would list papers that are later withdrawn, which is exactly the error a printed programme cannot correct.

Contents

What is in it.

The structure below is what the organising committee is preparing. Sections that depend on decisions still to be made — rooms, chairs, board numbers — are filled in last.

Digital

A single PDF on this page, free and without registration. Text is selectable and the contents are bookmarked, so it works on a phone in a corridor.

Print

One printed copy per delegate, in the pack collected at the registration desk on arrival. Spares are limited.

Corrections

Late changes go to the PDF, not the print run. If a session moves during the conference, the version on this page is the one to trust.

The booklet is not the proceedings.

It is the programme — what happens, when and where. It does not contain the papers themselves.

IEEE SEA 2027 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE. Accepted and presented papers are submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE’s quality and scope review.

Presenting authors

Check your entry the moment the PDF goes up. Author names, affiliations and paper titles in the booklet are taken from the camera-ready record; if something is wrong there it is usually wrong in the submission to IEEE Xplore too. Write to info@ieeesea.net straight away.
